the location was nice but the noisy street made it hard to sleep, absoluteley not what i expected. plus, the tv didn’t work and the internet was spotty. as a guest, i woudl ve expected a complimentary upgrade or at least better service. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t. such a let down!

The Hotel Casa Deco impressed me with its excellent location in the Candelaria district, just a block away from the lively "Chorro" plaza. The staff offered outstanding hospitality, treating me like family. I found the room comfortable with sound-proof windows that reduced street noise, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfasts, though simple, featured tasty options like pancakes and fresh fruit. However, I did encounter a few issues. the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, particularly from the higher floors. While I enjoyed the rooftop terrace views, I noticed that the room lacked heating, making it chilly during my stay. These minor inconveniences didn't overshadow the overall enjoyable experience, but they are worth mentioning.

Positive, The staff are warm and helpful, especially during breakfast. The breakfast features delicious options like homemade guava marmalade that pairs well with croissants. The room was excellent, especially the private terrace. Fresh coffee is available all day . Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, the internet connection was weak, and I had intermittent issues with the television. Additionally, the lack of a proper workspace in my spacious room was disappointing.

We loved how close the hotel is to all the main attractions. Exploring the historic sites, like Bolivar Square, was super easy! Plus, the staff offered great suggestions for nearby restaurants, making our meals a delight, especially with our child in tow.

My wife says that the room doors were tricky to unlock. It would be great if they upgraded the locks for families.

Our check-in was smooth, but we faced some delays when no one was at the front desk a few times. It felt a bit unsafe waiting around, especially at night.

the hotel is just a short walk from Bolivar Square and the Gold Museum, making it super easy to explore all the iconic sights of Bogota, and I really enjoyed the large and modern room which made my stay even more comfortable.

Great 24-hour reception and coffee shop. Wi-fi worked perfectly. Room was basic but fine.
