The view from the terrace outside our room was great, especially during sunset.

Clean property with terrific and brilliant staff. Early check-in, late check-out. No charge for wake up service and ironing too. Great rooms in a marvellous location, next to all major attractions, the National Museum and the cable car up to the spectacular overlook of the city and much of the surrounding basin and numerous museums. Also, in the historic district.

This was a modern and ideal hotel with a central location in Candelaria-walking distance to everything. Found T Bone Restaurante with perfect drinks 400 metres away...

Like all hotels in South America, their beds are hard. We travel with inflatable camping pads.

I liked that the staff spoke many languages and were personable. The esthetic design of the hotel is attractive. Also, the hotel had good security.

There were no major problems. It would have been great to have a swimming pool.

The location was nice but the noisy street made it hard to sleep, absoluteley not what i expected. Plus, the tv didn't work and the internet was spotty. As a guest, i woudl ve expected a complimentary upgrade or at least better service. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't. Such a let down!

Amazing herbal/fruit infusion available (as well as coffee) 24/7. Yummy breakfast with fruit, croissant, choice of eggs various styles, and fresh fruit juice from local fruits. Staff was incredibly helpful, multilingual, and very knowledgeable about Bogota and surrounding areas. Location was great for sightseeing, eating, shopping, and for walking to my event at the Universidad de los Andes. Hotel has good security that is appropriately responsive to local concerns - not over- reactive, just realistic in a way that gave me confidence walking in and around the area.

The Hotel Casa Deco impressed me with its excellent location in the Candelaria district, just a block away from the lively "Chorro" plaza. The staff offered excellent hospitality, treating me like family. I found the room comfortable with sound-proof windows that reduced street noise, a pleasant surprise. The breakfasts, though simple, featured tasty options like pancakes and fresh fruit. I did encounter a few issues. The Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, particularly from the higher floors. While I enjoyed the rooftop terrace views, I noticed that the room lacked heating was great. These minor inconveniences didn't overshadow the overall enjoyable experience, but they are worth mentioning.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Ingrid who assisted with travel outside of Bogota. Breakfast was wonderful - included fresh fruit, juices and hot breakfast choice. Plenty of space in the room and nice view of city from terrace on the 4th floor. Hotel was in walking distance to many restaurants, Gold Museum and local transport.

It is noisy, although they do provide earplugs. The room was cold.

Positive, The staff are warm and helpful, especially during breakfast. The breakfast features delicious options like homemade guava marmalade that pairs well with croissants. The room was excellent, especially the private terrace. Fresh coffee is available all day . Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful hotel and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. We chose the hotel as a little luxury treat at the end of our trip through Colombia and even though we turned up with backpacks rather than suitcases like most of the other guests the staff could not have been nicer. We were brought tea on check-in, and all of our questions were helpfully answered, great place.

Outside noise (despite the fact I was provided with ear plugs) and room curtains do not allow full privacy. Having a room on the ground floor level ensures everybody can see you while inside the room.
